Metamotosis is a serendipitous encounter between the organic and the synthetic, embodied by the collaboration of New York City based Zona Zanjeros and Seattle based rEEk. In a live recording session held amidst the lush ambiance of a garage in Seattle, Washington, the artists orchestrate an intersection where the natural world dances with the digital and robotic.

rEEk's natural contribution of found sounds and acoustic instruments represents the heartbeat of the natural realm, intertwining with the digital currents. In contrast, Zona Zanjeros, the architect of live processing, embodies the pulsating energy of technology, weaving intricate webs of electronic manipulation that echo through the digital forest.

Metamotosis is a journey through a realm where binary streams merge with the synthetic rainfall, giving birth to organic algorithms that resonate through the electric wilderness the two conjure up. The chaos in circuitry becomes a symphony of coexistence, encapsulating the essence of a chance meeting between the natural and the digital in an exploration that transcends traditional sonic boundaries. Each composition becomes a dialogue between the organic and the synthetic, a cybernetic collaboration between the earthly and the electronic.
